At QSANDRO, each piece is made on demand, meaning it’s created for you after your order is placed. Because of this, we do not accept returns or exchanges for sizing or change of mind.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we’ve got you covered.

Please contact us within 14 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • A clear photo of the issue

We will review your request and offer a replacement or refund if approved.

Sizing
To avoid sizing issues, we recommend checking our size guide carefully before placing your order. If you’re between sizes, consider sizing up for a more comfortable fit.

Once your claim is approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

  • We do not accept returns for buyer’s remorse or incorrect sizing

  • Items must be unused and in original condition for any claim
