How long does my order take to arrive?
All items are made on demand. Production takes 2–5 business days, followed by shipping:

  • Europe: 5–10 business days

  • US: 5–10 business days

  • International: 7–15 business days

Will I receive a tracking number?
Yes. Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link via email.

Why did my order arrive in separate packages?
Some items are produced in different locations, so they may be shipped отдельно and arrive at different times.

Can I return or exchange my order?
Since all products are made on demand, we don’t accept returns for sizing or change of mind.
However, if your item arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days and we’ll make it right.

How do I choose the right size?
We recommend checking the size guide on each product page. If you’re between sizes, consider sizing up for a more comfortable fit.

Are your products sustainable?
Many of our products are made using recycled materials and are produced on demand to reduce overproduction and waste.

Can I cancel or change my order?
Orders can only be changed or canceled within a short window after purchase. Contact us as soon as possible and we’ll do our best to help.

Do you ship worldwide?
We ship to many countries, but some products may be limited to specific regions. This will be shown at checkout.

How should I care for my items?
For best results, follow the care instructions on the label. For swimwear, rinse after use to remove chlorine or salt.
